All football fans have had a discussion in their lives where they discuss, which is better, Ronaldo or Messi. We will not be surprised if this conversation turned into a fight considering both of them have a very loyal fanbase. Each fan has reasons for choosing their favourite which is fair enough because at the end of the day they both are GOATs and their success proves so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have been locking horns for a decade now and they both are at the top of their games. Ronaldo has won the prestigious Champion\u2019s League 5 times, while Messi has won it 4 times. This, in no way challenges the players as both of them are extremely successful and passionate about their game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ronaldo has won 5 Ballon D\u2019ors while Messi has won 6 that prove their potential and how good they are in their game and how big of an assets are they for their respective teams. Both of them together have an incredible goal tally of 906 goals and have won 64 trophies. One thing that we can all agree on in spite one of them being our personal choice, is that they both are supremely talented and regardless, they have contributed immensely to their respective teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s time to keep these silly notions and fights and comparisons to the side as either way, they both are successful and have a loyal fanbase. They both train equally hard and contribute equally to their teams and aim on being the best. Their motives are same and so are their \u201cgoals\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we look at the bigger picture, both Messi and Ronaldo have similar statistics and also a very huge fanbase who look forward for every goal they score and every trophy they win. This comparison should be put to an end as they both are so different yet so similar. It would be much better if as football fans we look at the bigger picture of the team and not just the individuals because at the end of the day, these two are supremely talented and as mentioned earlier, \u201cGreatest Of All Time\u201d.
