Have you looked slack jawed at bank employees, government officers and other such; and wondered as to how it was EVEN possible to bring up the energy to do the work, attired as they are in uncomfortable formals, choked by tie knots, tummies flattened (read, coerced to shape) by belts and nicked at the oddest of places by tight leather shoes? As if that weren\u2019t enough, one would have thought the fixed 9 to 5 office hours (gags), the strict adherence to conventionalism, explicitly defined strata of bureaucracy, the piles of red tapes, the long waits to promotions, would have scared away the most hardened of homo sapiens.<\/p>\n

But nope! Work they do, and they\u2019ve our whole-hearted admiration!<\/p>\n

Start ups today, are known for their informal work culture, a great relief from the explicitly defined strata of corporate responsibilities.
