As a small kinship, we follow a tradition of \u2018employee of the month\u2019, with great pride.\u00a0 In this beautiful journey, we found how closely knit we are, its novelties were presented to us recently, as we found ourselves stuck in a dilemma.<\/p>\n
In the month of November, as the score sheets came out, and results were announced, Rajan Vishwakarma our Website developer and Shubh Ashish our Motion Graphic and 3d Artist, turned out be equally productive, showing equal creative aptitude and ended up being stalemated. That was when our founder, Ms Sherina Kapany, decided to cite a twist. Both, Rajan and Shubh were posed with different challenges on the same line, an assignment on \u2018Client Engagement\u2019. While Rajan was asked to develop a game application, Shubh was to make a video on it. With a decent amount of time allotted, 15th<\/sup> December was the submission deadline.<\/p>\n To take this a notch up, both of them decided to go out of their way, try something unique and take this as a learning opportunity. Shubh was able to chase the deadline successfully, but Rajan was equipped with other clients. Following the company\u2019s motto \u2018clients first\u2019, he couldn\u2019t prepare the game in time. Considering the genuine delay, result deadline was postponed to 10th<\/sup> January.<\/p>\n Here is an insight into their venturesome journey, Rajan took up the challenge to create an \u2018android\u2019 game, which was not always his cup of tea. He was first, faced with the difficulty of choosing a layout, in which other employees diligently helped him with format, content, and design. He settled on the layout of \u2018Mario\u2019, wherein the mascot (client\/user) would have to collect points based on various marketing and branding strategies, like posts, videos, GIFs, editorial, Quiz and proofreading. Which would make the clients understand its importance and how well our company does it.<\/p>\n Shubh was geared up to make a 2D video, which was not his \u2018thing\u2019 to begin. He faced a menace while engaging in voiceover, he had to outsource it and shell some pennies for it, which had a minor setback, and he had to do it all over again. The content team was benign enough to help him too.<\/p>\n On 10th<\/sup> January, the final result announced, both had great ideas and efforts. But unfortunately, Rajan couldn\u2019t complete it with a final touch and Shubh well deservingly won! With a raise and pot of appreciation, he was rewarded. And as Rajan said, \u201cI might have lost, but I never lose hope\u201d.<\/p>\n Every great place has a great story.
