Coffee is the most refreshing beverage for all of us. Some people develop a habit of having coffee more than two times a day. No doubt coffee reduces the stress and gives a refreshment for any work to do. But is it OK to have coffee? How many times can we have it? When we hear of coffee, we think it’s an energy booster for all of us. There are some benefits of having coffee as well as some demerits that are not good for health.

Coffee is made of natural ingredients with coffee beans and some nutrients like riboflavin (vitamin B-2), niacin (vitamin B-3), magnesium, potassium, and various phenolic compounds. There has been conducted research that shows that coffee is beneficial for the human body.

  2. It maintains the balance against liver cancer, liver disease.
  3. Black coffee maintains the calories level.

Scientists proved that coffee has some useful constituents, helping maintain the human system once they enter the body. 

  • Risks of coffee

Coffee can cause insomnia for some people, nausea, restlessness, vomiting, increased heart rate or breathing, and so many ill-effects on the human body. Having more than four times coffee can cause severe problems to the body as it contains caffeinated ingredients. It can lead to some types of cancer and other chronic diseases. During pregnancy, the intake of coffee should be less for the health of mother and child.
