EXAM STUDY TIPS

The exam season is on its way; the only season that throws stress, anxiety, and fear to students. Be it a topper or, be it a student passing with 35%, the stress remains the same for everyone, including parents. However, here are some tips that will help you while studying for your final exams.

Start with the fundamental that is setting up a schedule. When you have lots to study, first organize everything chapter by chapter and subject by subject. Later mark the chapters you have studies this will make you organized and also will calm you. Since you have everything prepared and you have your whole segment arranged. Start with the section you know well and amend those.

Now that you started with the chapters, you know well you are confident that your start was good. It helps in eliminating your pressure and will give you the confidence to concentrate better. Now that you have come through this much treat yourself with a small break; also, it can be a snack break. It is necessary that you give yourself small breaks and don’t sit for 7-8 hours straight. Also, remember that avoid junk food and eat healthily, so you don’t fall sick. You can reward yourself with a vast cheat meal after exams. Drink plenty of water so that you are hydrated, which is necessary for your brain to function well.

Have your study material and everything ready and study on your study table, not on the bed. Because it always invites you for a sleepover. Make sure you don’t by heart the answers but also understand them. Remember that learning where you can explain those answers to someone else is the best way of learning. Because that way, you remember the lessons for a longer duration.

Keep your phone away; we all know how much distraction phone and social media is.
