This unforeseen pandemic has forced many things onto us. It has brought the world to a standstill. Everybody is facing trouble of some kind. This concept has prevailed for a long time now, but its use during this pandemic has drastically increased. 

Work from home has forced employees to stay stuck at one place in their house. It is like they have no escape and this can get frustrating after a while. It is also hard for the employees to stay focused throughout the day. Because they are in their houses after all!

Let them choose their schedule: Letting the employees chose their own work schedule will give them a sense of freedom. This will help them to work with utmost efficiency. They will be able to work conveniently as it is their own chosen time!

Carry out various activities: Conducting different activities will prove to be helpful for the employees as it will freshen their mind and this allows them to work in a better way. Conducting activities like games or quizzes help to boost their minds and will also keep them engaged. 

Communicate: As we all know; communication is the key for better functioning of any employee. A smooth communication has always proven to be effective for employees. Because when you talk to them about things, they respond in a better way. Keeping employees in the dark has never helped anyone. 

Just celebrate: We all know working from home can get tough. A little online celebration during these times never hurt anyone. Your company did well? Celebrate! Got a new contract? Celebrate! During these gloomy times little celebrations go a long way.
