Keep your body healthy and in shape with the regular exercises and workout routine to start your day with freshness. Running and jogging are the most common and easy exercises for us, but to keep every part of the body with a nice look try these workout routines at home.

Jump Rope: 

This is a very basic workout practice to be done at home. Jump rope can be done in the mornings and evenings as well. Do it for 5-7 min regularly to get the result. It helps to increase height.

Push-ups: 

Push-ups help to build the upper body strength and builds the body perfectly. Beginners should do 20-30 push-ups every day to see the results. Some fitness enthusiasts do 50 push-ups every day.

Squats:

Squats increase lower body and core strength along with flexibility in your hips and back. It burns calories. 

Side planks:

Focuses on the mind-muscle connection and protects your spine. Lie on the left leg and foot stacked on the top of the right leg and foot. Start propping your upper body with the help of an elbow. Repeat 3 sets 0f 10-15 reps on one side and then switch to the other.

Bent knee push-up:

Same as regular push-up just by applying pressure to the knees and start to push up easily lying on the floor mat. It burns the belly fat and helps to strengthen the body.

Jumping jacks:

Jumping jacks is a very simple exercise that can be easily done anywhere in the home. It offers cardiovascular benefits and helps to build your body strenght. Just raise your hands in both directions and start jumping to see the results.
