Maintaining some normalcy in these trying times

The coronavirus pandemic has led to several major changes in our lives. It’s been long since this virus came into existence but many of us are still struggling to accept the reality and deal with it. Constant news updates are causing stress and anxiety among the people which is ultimately disrupting our lives one way or the other. People are facing difficulties in sleeping, managing stress, and coping with loneliness and depression.

Normally, we feel irritated, impatient, and anxious in these difficult times. Therefore, we are listing out a few tips and techniques that you can follow to handle the situation in a better and more smooth manner.
