Parasite (2019)

This is a South Korean masterpiece that has won multiple academy awards in the year 2020. The storyline is brilliantly written and superbly finished and designed. In this film, the filmmaker Bong Joon-ho (Snowpiercer) has examined an ideological meditation on capitalism as the film follows a low-income family in South Korea as they steadily invade a wealthy family’s home via household jobs.

Joker (2019)

Joker, directed and produced by Todd Phillips is an amazing movie by Warner Bros’. This film is based on DC Comic characters, specially the central character, the Joker, whose character is played by Joaquin Phoenix. This movie provides an alternative story which says that the Joker was Arthur Fleck, a failed clown and stand-up comedian who insanity and cynicism leads to a violent revolution against the wealthy people of the decaying Gotham city.

No Country For Old Men (2007)

This film is one of the finest masterpieces of contemporary cinema, the Coen brothers. Being a thriller-suspense movie, it has scenes set with dark and seedy undertones, which will have you at the edge of your couch. Starring Josh Brolin who takes the cash of a drug deal gone wrong, and Javier Bardem as a bolt gun-wielding psychopath in lead roles, this movie is a must-watch.

Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)

Based on the life of Queen’s lead singer Freddie Mercury, Bohemian Rhapsody is a great film to watch.
