Baking and cooking releases stress, it is strange but true. Research shows that cooking makes you feel happy and stress-free. It gives you the joy of achieving something from your cooking efforts. When you try a dish to make and when it is made perfect then the joy of achievement is very special. So research says that cook food and gets stress-free. This is because cooking makes people to be interactive and to share the meal without any stress and bad thoughts. During this pandemic, people were settled down at their homes with zero connectivity with the surroundings.
