The importance of taking breaks

Remember when you are stuck at something, you feel frustrated, take a break and what you are looking for magically appears? Sometimes we force ourselves to work so much at a stretch that we reach the point of fatigue. 

When we strive to reach a deadline or complete a task we try to squeeze all our other chores and try to finish without taking any breaks but that eventually slows us down. It is essential to take breaks from time to time no matter how crammed our schedule is.
