Greet and communicate with them during their important life events. This will help your customers to get in touch with you in case any need arises.
  2. Ask them for feedback: Start the year on a fresh note. Ask your customers for constructive feedback. Everybody loves to be heard, so be approachable and make it easier for them to share their grievances.
  3. Ask them what they want: Sometimes it’s not only dissatisfaction that the customers would want to talk about. They too can come up with great ideas and improvements for your products. Allow them to express the things they would want or the way they would want it.
  4. Convert feedback into action: Simply collecting feedback and suggestions aren’t enough. It is equally important that businesses work towards realizing these ideas and solving customer grievances.
