Even if you’re not a breakfast person, you should consider making it  a habit in the morning, especially if you’re trying to get healthy or back in shape!

It’s always best to top up your caloric intake by eating a bigger meal in the first half of your day so your body will be burning those calories all day before you go to sleep. Skipping breakfast also doubles your chances of snacking later in the day and you will probably reach for the most greasy unhealthy option just to satisfy your cravings.

1. Avocado Boat Egg Bake

Just slice the ripe avocados and deseed them, crack an egg into each half of the avocado , and bake for ten minutes in your oven. Season it with pepper, salt and chilli flakes for a kick!

2. Easy overnight oats

Steel cut oats are both tasty, and filled with fibres and nutrition. It also has an amazing texture that does not get slimy and soggy like instant oats. Just grab your favourite mason jar and add your oats, milk, honey and cinnamon and store in the freezer to use for breakfast the next day. Top it with fresh berries and nuts for extra flavour.

3. Easy protein pancakes

If you want to meet your everyday protein intake amount but are lacking these are a great way to add those macros into your diet! Just grab your favourite protein powder, add an egg white to it, mash half a ripe banana and add then just whisk it all till combined into a smooth batter. Add some cacao nibs for great taste. Heat up a nonstick pan and scoop the batter onto the hot pan and bake them till they are crisp on one that side and then just flip it. Plate it when its cooked all the way through and top it with some honey!
