How to make online classes less stress during this pandemic.

For most students online classes are going on full fledgedly and can serve to be quite stressful. Teachers assume that since we are home we have ample free time and schedule and excessive amount of classes and organize surprise quizzes without any notice. Just because all students are at home it does not mean we have no other work to do. Most students are helping with house work like cooking and cleaning as most households had to let their maids go to abide by the quarantine rules and regulations.

Helping with household chores while also attending morning to afternoon classes can be very overwhelming and stressful.

Most schools and colleges offer small breaks or gaps in between classes, during these breaks making a cup of tea or talking a short walk outside may relieve some stress. 

Doing some simple breathing exercise in your balcony in between classes can serve to be stress relieving.

Taking proper rest and eating healthy during these times can also help in reducing overall stress.
