Never meet your heroes; Celebrity encounters that prove they’re not all perfect

You must be dying to meet your favourite celebrity whom you adore the most. But celebrity encounters can be very complicated because they might behave very differently or to be more precise arrogantly that you might end up hating them. The relationship between a fan and a celebrity is one-sided. They might post regularly that they love their fans but that is not always true, However, some celebrities love meeting their fans and even behave politely with them.

There are many fans whose fantasy got shattered when they met their favourite celebrities. The fans have shared their experiences of celebrity encounters on social media that were below their expectation. 

• Once, there was a fan who paid $75 to get a picture with William Shatner in comic-con. When the fan said it is nice to meet you, showing no interest he replied, thank you and later shouted at the photographer for taking so much time.
• A girl who loved Steve Martin started hating him but why? Because he was rude to her when she met him backstage on one of his shows. Afterward, the girl stopped following him and watching his movies.

There are many events like these where the fan’s fantasy has shattered completely. They can be very impolite at times, might use slang words for you, or even take dollars to just say “HI”. Celebrity encounters can make you feel embarrassed and it may also happen that you don’t like them in person. ‘Never meet your heroes’ is the hardest truth that everyone should accept.
