Your thoughts and mind play a vital role in shaping your future. Your mind controls your body and its activities that are vital for every human function. Many researchers have stated that your mind has a conversation with your own little mind that is very important when making a decision.

Inner voice- a sort of conversation with your mind, is a very important aspect for decision making. Facebook and Reddit have shared so many hashtags and posts related to it, which has a great impact on the human tendency of thinking. When we are doing things that our mind is not ready to do or hesitates, then this is the small voice that comes from your mind and tells us to stop or vice versa.

Let’s take an example where your little voice overcomes the mind. When you are going to skydive for the very first time, you prepare your mind and thoughts for it. But when you are about to jump, a little fear or a little voice stops you by making your mind have negative thoughts.
