Desk jobs are the new “trend.” Accept it or not, today, desk jobs and jobs that require constant sitting in one position have become a dreaded reality. Barring a few, we all have jobs that require us to sit and stare at our computer screens. This makes us lethargic and lazy. And also comes with other health scares. Staying hydrated and drinking adequate amounts of water is essential if you want to stay active at a desk job. This is the simplest form of keeping oneself active.
