Promoting the company’s objectives, mission, products and services to its own employees is Internal Marketing. Essentially, your company sells to its employees instead of “selling” to the public or potential consumers.

It improves employee engagement within the company as well as increases overall brand reach. It also provides value to potential customers because now the employees have firsthand experience of the product. They believe in and understand the company’s goals and vision themselves.
